I took up riding a motorcycle in 2004 - traffic in the Netherlands is horrible, and as I live in the (rural) east and all the paid jobs are in the west, I had a choice between traffic jams or moving. Personal circumstances did the rest, it was traffic jams. So, I got my ‘A’ driving license (which is, you guessed it, the motorcycle license).
The fact that I have a part of my website talking about the ‘A’ stamp on my driving license, and nothing (except for this here sentence and my resume) about the ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘E’ stamps should tell you that biking is something special. This site hopefully helps explaining why :-)
